I’ve been training with Bex for over 3 months and she always manages to keep it interesting and exciting, even when I’m not in the mood!

I’m not a natural trainer but Bex has managed to mix it up so I always enjoy getting fit.  She has excellent nutritional advice and also works out a personal schedule for training on my own.

I have enjoyed training with Bex immensely.   Having been very overweight, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes and high cholesterol levels.  My weekly training with Bex over the past 10 months has kept my sugar levels under control and my cholesterol levels are now back to normal.

My goal in recent years has been to maintain a healthy lifestyle without wishing to run marathons. Having tried several times to commit to the gym I finally gave up, being bored of the repetitive nature of the exercise, and not being motivated to finding the time in my busy work schedule. I can’t tell you how much I enjoy my training sessions with Bex, any exercise I had done previously I always slightly dreaded but when I know I’m training with Bex I genuinely look forward to it. Every session is different so that each time I’m surprised by how much fun I’ve had, how the time has flown and how I feel like I have been pushed to what I can achieve stamina and strength wise, but not once felt like I couldn’t do it. I would highly recommend Bex, she is passionate about what she does and is very professional in her approach.  She seems to sense if I’m feeling slightly under par and will tone down a session if my energy levels aren’t quite up to it, but equally she is really encouraging & pushes me to work hard when I need it.  The results speak for themselves, I have shifted excess body fat, toned up everywhere & I feel more confident, full of energy & in control of my life.   Every session is different & I love the freedom of exercising outdoors.

Since enrolling in your programme I have fulfilled an ambition which I have held for the past 5 years but have always been unable to achieve.  I have always wanted to be able to run but have felt completely daunted by where to start and how to stay motivated.
