This consultation will also allow me to understand exactly what you want to achieve & help set realistic & attainable goals.

12-week Bespoke Fitness Plan: an individual training plan tailored for a specific goal. Whether you want to run your first 10k, reduce body fat or get ready for a special event in your life, I will tailor a plan to fit in with your lifestyle.
BodyFit : interval cardio & strengthening sessions designed to get the heart pumping and rev up your metabolism. Each session is varied to keep you & your body challenged & motivated
Tuesday’s & Friday’s : 1 hour, 8-10 people max in group: Location – St Albans
Small Group Personal Training Sessions: if you prefer a small group training session where you all have similar goals, aimed at improving your fitness levels whilst also being fun, varied & motivational, then these outdoor classes are aimed at you. For further details please call or email.
