My name is Bex and I have lived in St Albans for the past 16 years. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I am also qualified in Fitness Pilates and incorporate elements of Fitness Pilates in my training sessions to improve flexibility and muscle tone.
I am passionate about running and cycling and have competed in various running races from 5k to half marathons as well as participating in cycling Sportives. I also love taking part in Duathlons and relish the challenges of off-road terrain.
I take a holistic approach to health and fitness as I feel it is essential to focus on both the mind and body to improve overall health and well-being. Training outdoors is both exhilarating and invigorating. The changing seasons ensure there is always something new to stimulate the senses, awaken the mind and challenge the body with varied terrain using nature’s own gym.
I want to inspire and motivate my clients to achieve their goals in a fun, motivating and energising environment.
